These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of bookkeeping services provided by Premier Bookkeeping Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

We provide professional bookkeeping services including but not limited to:

• Bank reconciliation
• Transaction categorization
• Financial reporting
• Accounts payable and receivable tracking
• Payroll summary preparation
• Sales tax tracking
• Quarterly review consultations

Any additional services must be agreed upon in writing.

• Fees are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
• Payment is due within [3] days of invoice date.
• Late payments may incur a 5.00% monthly interest charge.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for details on how your information is protected.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial records.
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
• Notify us of any changes to your business or financial structure.

We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice unless explicitly stated. Our services are limited to bookkeeping and related administrative support.

Either party may terminate services with [30] days written notice. Upon termination:

• Outstanding fees remain payable.
• We will return all client documents within 3 days.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or website posting.
